Cancellation Policy – Cali Canvas
You can cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring marketing plan by giving us written notice before work begins, your campaign launches, or your renewal date. Cancellations made after we’ve started work—or too close to the scheduled start—may include cancellation fees outlined in your proposal or agreement.
If your access to our services ends due to a breach of our Terms or violation of your contract, we can’t offer refunds or credits for unused services.
When services are cancelled or terminated, related project files or account records may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. It’s your responsibility to save or request any important documents—like invoices, reports, creative assets, or campaign summaries—before cancellation is finalized.
Cali Canvas reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in these situations will only be issued if specifically stated in a written agreement.
